HKMU Whole Person Development Award

The HKMU Whole Person Development Award aims to encourage students to aspire life-long learning and whole person development as well as affirming students' non-academic talent to ensure they can derive satisfaction from learning that can promote personal growth.

Who's Eligible?

Applicants should be full-time Bachelor's degree students;
Continuing students should have achieved a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of not less than 2.5; and
Applicants should have satisfying experience from non-academic learning (e.g. leadership training, sports, arts, music, etc.) and be able to strike a good balance between academic study and personal development.

How to Apply?

Applicants should prepare a self-introduction video (click LINK to view sample video) and submit the online application form together with supporting documents and the video link to SAO during the application period.
Please read the “Guidance Notes” [FWPDA (2024/25) Guide-e] before completing the online application via the student portal “MyHKMU”.
Application Deadline: 06 October 2024 (Sunday).

Notification of Result

The result and payment arrangement will be announced (via e-mail) by late March 2025.
