Workshop 1: AI Presentation Magic: Creative Techniques from Scratch

PowerPoint is an office tool frequently used in work or studies. However, the time-consuming nature of presentation preparation may reduce our efficiency in work and studies. With the development of AI technology, it can assist in rapidly generating content outlines and automating design processes.

In this workshop, we will demonstrate how to use AI effectively in creating presentations, making presentation designs more visually appealing and persuasive.

Workshop 2: Small Tools, Big Potential: Free Tools to Make Your Learning More Effective

In this workshop, we will explore a series of powerful and free online tools to help you improve your learning efficiency. We will introduce how to use “CapCut” to add captions, “Winget” to install specific versions of software, “Sejda PDF” to edit PDF easily, “Everything” to locate documents quickly, “AnyTXT Searcher” to perform full-text searches, and “Diigo” to take notes on websites, etc. Let’s embrace this chance to make your study more efficient and effective!

Workshops are conducted in Cantonese via Zoom for easy participation.
