The members of the V-Power volunteer team participated in a herbal warm compress service for the elderly at the St. James' Settlement Care (Central and Western District Elderly Community Centre) on 8th June 2024. Under the guidance of the Centre's tutor, volunteers gained hands-on experience crafting herbal balls. These handmade herbal balls were then utilized in warm compress treatments for the elderly to alleviate their muscle tightness and discomfort.

By engaging in this educational and community activity, volunteers not only gained practical experience in creating herbal compress treatment but also honed their communication skills to effectively support and connect with the elderly community.
