The Department of Social Sciences at HKMU offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate studies encompassing psychology, economics, politics, public administration, and applied social studies. Our Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours provides an extensive selection of five majors (Streams: Ageing Society and Services Studies, Applied Economics, Applied Social Studies, Global and China Studies, and Politics and Public Administration), while our Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours in Psychology offers two majors (Streams: Psychology, and Counselling Psychology). In collaboration with the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, we present the opportunity for a double degree programme, known as Bachelor of Applied Psychology with Honours, Bachelor of Business Management with Honours. Moreover, our esteemed taught postgraduate programmes, the Master of Arts in Cultural and Heritage Tourism, and the Master of Social Sciences, equip students with the knowledge and skills required for professional growth and career advancement.
