Biography

Dr. Bruce K. B. Tong received his BEng, MPhil and PhD in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). From 2006 to 2013, he served as an Instructor at the City University of Hong Kong (CityU). In 2013, he joined the Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) as a Lecturer. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer and serves as the programme Leader for both the Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronic and Computer Engineering and the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Engineering programmes. Additionally, he has been a member of the University Senate since 2021.
