Applicant may appeal against the assessment results within FOURTEEN (14) working days after the result has been released to applicant. A written letter “APPLICATION FOR APPLEALING AGAINST ASSESSMENT RESULTS” setting out the grounds of the appeal and the Appeal Fee (as listed in the “Fees Schedule”) shall be reached to the Assessment Agency.
If the appeal is successful, the Appeal Fee will be refunded to the applicant, otherwise, the applicant will not be refunded for any fees paid. Applicant will receive a letter “RESULT OF APPEAL AGAINST ASSESSMENT RESULTS OF RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARING IN TESTING, INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION” within EIGHT (8) weeks from the date of the application received. A 'STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT' will be issued within FOUR (4) weeks from the date of the letter of appeal results issued.
