Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, ICOIE 2021 will take place as virtual conference. All participants will attend the conference and present their papers through our video conferencing system.

Conference Publications

Accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings (with an ISBN). Selected papers will be recommended for consideration to an edited book. Also, special issues of the following journals will be devoted to selected papers of the Conference. The journals include Interactive Technology and Smart Education (ESCI and Scopus listed), International Journal of Mobile Learning and Organisation (Scopus listed), and “Innovation and Technology in Education” Section of SN Computer Science.

Category A: academics, researchers, educators and administrative/general staff ²
Early-bird Rate (On or before 14 May 2021)	US$270 / HK$2,000 per person
Regular Rate	US$340 / HK$2,500 per person

Category B: full-time students ³
Student Presenter Rate	US$190 / HK$1,400 per person
Student Rate	US$100 / HK$700 per person

Participants will have the electronic version of the programme book and the proceedings. Electronic certificate of participation will be sent to each participant via email after the conference.
Each paper presentation requires at least one registration under Category A.
Student authors who wish to present their papers in the “Student Presentation Session” is required to register at Student Presenter Rate.
