Our faculty, staff and students are among HKMU's most important assets and stakeholders.
Faculty and staff
The University believes that its faculty and staff are facilitators who are critical to the success of the students. We are committed to building a strong teaching team to enhance the University's standing in the higher education arena.
The University will cultivate an environment to attract and retain the best talent. We will periodically review and update our human resources policies and frameworks to ensure the rewards are competitive and market-driven.
HKMU recognises the importance of international exposure and of providing opportunities for our students to learn about the mindset, cultures, values and beliefs of people around the world. It is also beneficial for our faculty to collaborate with their counterparts from abroad.
We wish to foster an environment in which faculty, staff and students from different parts of the world can interact and share ideas and experience. We also encourage faculty and staff to connect with others in Hong Kong and beyond for collaboration, exchange of ideas and self-development.
