Starting from 1st October 2024, HKMU O365 account will be your official email account, please visit tutor-webmail-migration for more information

First Time User or Reset Password

Please click the following button and use your HKMU Username and Single Password to logon, then follow the instructions to reset your O365 password.
 

 
 

Logon to HKMU O365

Your Logon ID and Email address will be 'your HKMU Tutor ID + '@live.hkmu.edu.hk'. You have to use your O365 password to logon. If you do not know or forget your O365 password, you can follow the above instruction "First Time User or Reset Password" to reset it.

Termination of Use

Tutor O365 Email, Microsoft Office and OneDrive will be terminated 6 months after your contract ends. Please make sure to backup or download necessary information in Email and files in your OneDrive. Otherwise, emails and files in your Email and OneDrive will be lost once after termination.
