An undergraduate student who wishes to change his/her programme shall submit an application, as prescribed by the University, with supporting documents to the Registry, and his/her application shall be approved at the discretion of the Schools concerned.
Application should be submitted through the online application form (here) with relevant supporting documents for your academic qualifications and English Language proficiency (if applicable).
Please note that application for change of programme is not applicable to the followings:
a. Change to a programme under the 'Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors' (SSSDP).
b. Change to a programme offered by the School of Nursing and Health Sciences.
If student wishes to change to a distance-learning programme of the University, you shall withdraw from your current undergraduate programme before applying for admission to the distance-learning programme.
