Best Practices of Flexible Learning Award Competition
The Conference will include a competition which gives participants an opportunity to present and showcase their exemplary practices for flexible learning. Teaching staff, academic units, course designers and relevant personnel are welcome to compete for the award.
For each submission, the participant/team should give a 15-minute presentation to explain, describe, and evaluate their practices. If the number of submissions exceeds the number of timeslots the Conference allows, preliminary selection will be conducted by the judging panel. A judging panel for the Best Practices of Flexible Learning award is established by the Organizing Committee of ICOFE 2016.
The following criteria will apply to the Best Practices of Flexible Learning Award:
1. |
the extent to which the practices facilitate flexible learning; |
2. |
pedagogical benefits that the practices bring; and |
3. |
theoretical support of the practices. |
This competition is not open to commercial vendors. Entrants will need to provide a description of their exemplary practices on the submission form. |
