Details:
Seven HKMU students received the Link University Scholarship for their academic excellence and active participation in community service. The awardees, institution representatives and panel judges were invited to celebrate the achievements of these talented youths and to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Scholarship at the Link University Scholarship 2024/25 Presentation Ceremony on 8 March.

This year, over 1,700 applications were received from 12 local universities, and 220 awardees were selected for the final interview by a panel of judges, comprising 68 representatives from various industries and sectors. In addition to a HK$20,000 scholarship, the awardees were provided with opportunities for personal development, volunteer service, internships and management trainee programmes as Link Scholars Alumni.

The Scholarship, established in 2015, is Link's signature youth-empowerment programme, whose aim is to reduce barriers to education for outstanding local Hong Kong students who are the first in three generations in their families to attend university in Hong Kong.
