Staff papers win recognition at major creative writing conference
Great news! The first brand image commercial for retitling of HKMU has just won four awards at two creative competitions. The first two are 2021 MUSE Creative Gold Awards under the category of “Video: School / Universities” and “TV Ad Campaign”. The other two are NYX Video Grand Award under the category of “Education” and NYX Video Gold Award under “Schools / Colleges / Universities” category.
MUSE Creative Awards and NYX Video Award are international competitions open to all creative professionals who aspire to new heights. They aims to recognize outstanding concepts, ideas or designs by different organizations from all over the world with stellar qualities of creativity, innovative concept and excellent design.
This brand video is part of the retitling brand campaign to reflect the positioning of the university and highlight the brand personalities of HKMU: innovative, diverse and progressive. “Me&U ‧ Beyond Limits” was adopted as our new tagline and theme of the video. While “Me” represents students, “U” is the bigger community and the university. The “Me&U” concept expresses the connections and growth of the members of HKMU community, who can move beyond boundaries and conventions. A forward-looking University, HKMU is committed to nurturing talent and meeting society's needs to support the development of the city and the region to face the rapid challenges in the 21st century.
