HKMU Academic and Creative Achievements Exhibition highlights academic research excellence
On 9 September, the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration (B&A) organized the Metropolitan CHRO Hong Kong Forum: New Talent, New Paradigm and New Era, drawing over 200 practitioners and academics to participate in-person or online.
Four industry experts were invited to share their views on the human resource challenges in this new era and exchange ideas on practices to attract new talent in the future. They were Mr Wilfred Wong, Managing Director of RESOLUTIONS HR & Business Consultancy Co. Ltd., Mr Andy Luk, Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Communications, Asia of Informa Markets, Mr Peter Koo, APAC Leader of IT and Specialized Assurance/Service of Deloitte, and Ms Eliza Ng, Chief People and Culture Officer of the Hong Kong Productivity Council. The forum was moderated by Prof. Randy Chiu, B&A Visiting Professor and Professor Emeritus of the Department of Management at Hong Kong Baptist University.
