The Office for Advancement of Learning and Teaching (ALTO) of Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) organised the Learning and Teaching Week 2023 from 14 to 15 and 23 to 26 August.

Featuring a series of workshops and seminars, the six-day event provided a platform for existing and new teaching staff to exchange thoughts on effective pedagogy and deepen their understanding of the University's related measures.

In the meantime, experienced academic speakers from local and overseas universities were invited to share their expertise on popular topics like AI and ChatGPT for Higher Education, Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) and Blended Learning, equipping teaching staff with up-to-date professional knowledge and skills.
