Hong Kong United Youth Association (HKUYA) joined hands with Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) on 27 April to distribute anti-pandemic packages to HKMU students and other young people in need.  The materials include face masks, COVID-19 rapid antigen test kits and medicine.  Taking part in this meaningful service were Convenor of the Youth Anti-Coronavirus Link and Chairman of HKUYA, the Hon. Kenneth Leung Yuk-wai; Executive Vice Chairman of HKUYA, Mr Alex Yeung Ching-lung; representatives of two sponsoring organizations, Managing Director of JD Worldwide International Logistics Department, Mr Charley Ying Chen-wei and Senior Director of Tencent's Greater Bay Area Public Affairs,  Mr James Li Tsz-Shu; HKMU President Prof. Paul Lam Kwan-sing; and a group of HKUYA and HKMU student volunteers.

Although the current pandemic outbreak in Hong Kong is slowing down, HKMU is determined to partner with different sectors to fight the virus.  The activity provides anti-epidemic materials for the young people and shows the community's care and support for them.  The University will continue to join hands with the community to overcome the current challenges so that life in Hong Kong can return to normal soon.
