Novel by creative writing master's graduate adapted into a LARP script by the Museum of Hong Kong Literature

An original mystery novel, titled Inspiration (《靈感》), by Shang Mengjie, a graduate of the Master of Arts in Creative Writing programme, was adapted to a script for the first music-themed live-action role play game (LARP) by the Museum of Hong Kong Literature. The LARP incorporates holographic projection technology to provide players with an immersive theatre experience. After receiving positive feedback in a public playtest on 31 October, it will be launched officially on 14 December....

First Government Career Fair at HKMU attracts nearly 1,500 students

Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) held its first "Government Job Recruitment Exhibition 2024", in collaboration with the Civil Service Bureau of the HKSAR Government, on 19 September. Following the signing of a Memorandum of Intent between Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) and the Asian Gemmological Institute and Laboratory (AGIL) in July to jointly promote the gemstone industry through education, training, testing, certification, research and industry development, HKMU recently held the “International Gemmological Conference 2024 and Launch Ceremony of Applied Degree Programme in Gemmology and Jewellery Studies”.
